1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Bluebonnet website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Event Bookings & Reservations

All venue bookings are subject to availability and require a signed contract and deposit to confirm your date. Submitting an inquiry online does not constitute a reservation. Your event date is not secured until:

• A booking contract has been signed by both parties
• The required deposit has been received and processed
• Written confirmation has been provided by The Bluebonnet

3. Payments

Payment terms, deposit amounts, and schedules will be outlined in your individual venue contract. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your agreement. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The Bluebonnet reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in your signed venue contract. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to reunionranch2331@gmail.com.

5. Use of the Venue

Clients and their guests agree to use the venue responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activities on the premises
• Damage to venue property, furnishings, or grounds
• Exceeding the agreed guest capacity
• Use of prohibited items, substances, or activities not outlined in the contract

6. Liability & Indemnification

The Bluebonnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our venue or services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bluebonnet, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's event.

7. Photography & Media

The Bluebonnet reserves the right to photograph and document events held on the premises for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you prefer your event not be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Bluebonnet and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaufman County, Texas.
